EVENTS
Below is the pricing structure:
$150 an hour:
First 2 hours is $150 for each hour.
Each additional hour beyond the first 2 hours the rate reduces to $100 hrly.
Types of Photos:
Photos of as many aspects of the Event as designated by Client.
Candid and Group Shots.
Key-note Speakers, Presenters, Guests of Honor, & Bands & DJs, etc..
Interiors and Exteriors of the Venue Itself.
Includes:
Unlimited minimum or maximum on quantity of images.
Image Processing, Editing and Retouching.
Back-ups will be archived indefinitely but Client will also retain a back-up on their own drive(s).
Add-On
A separate Photo Station for Portraits, Couples or Small Groups with a backdrop can be provided unless Client has already provided a decorative area designated for portrait photos.
Prints:
Custom Prints/Digital Copies & Albums can be made available for an additional cost (if authorized by event organizer).
While no prints will be made onsite at the event but orders can be taken on-site for delivery at a later date.
Deliverables to Agent / Client:
24hr to 48hr turn-around time depending on volume of photos taken.
Hi-res images exported in JPG and TIFF formats for use in print and online.
Photos will be made viewable online for client to review.
Upon approval by client, all assets will be delivered to client via “WeTransfer.com”.
Note: While the final photos are copyrighted by Photos By Mateo, they are free to be used by the Client in perpetuity. If they choose to allow others (aka: 3rd parties) to use the photos for monetary gain by the 3rd parties, the 3rd party must consult Photos By Mateo for permission and make arrangements for use. Depending on what the use will be will determine if any fees are to be paid to Photos By Mateo.
Reshoots:
Events cannot be re-shot, Portraits can.
Caveat to this is if the Portraits were originally taken in front of a decorative set piece supplied by the Event Organizer, those cannot be reshot using that same backdrop unless that set-piece can be re-acquired by Event Organizer.
Alternative solution, I can try to find an appropriate backdrop as a substitute for the reshoot or a new decorative backdrop can be provided by Client.
If reshoots for are requested due to client error or a change in direction, rate is still $150 hrly.
If the reshoots are needed due to an error on my part, the reshoots are free of charge and I will discount the final project cost by $75.
Retainer Fee:
Half of project estimated total cost is to be paid prior to project start date.
Cancellations:
$75 cancellation fee.
Shoot cancellations must be made 24 hrs prior to the project start/execution date to avoid cancellation fee.
The original quoted project cost will be null and void. Only the cancellation fee will be all that is owed by client.
If the cancellation is due to an act of god, natural disasters, an urgent family matter, etc. then the fee may get waived.
Rescheduling / Postponement:
Must provide 24 hour notice prior to the original project start date.
As long as a new date is established and agreed upon within 7 calendar days, there will be no fee for rescheduling or postponing back a project start date.
If no new date is established within 7 calendar days, then the project may be considered cancelled and subject to the cancellation fee of $75.
Deadline Changes:
No fee for deadlines extended out.
If deadline is pushed up, then a Rush Fee of $75 will be added.
Termination:
If a project is terminated after it has began, the Client must pay all money owed for work completed up to that point and within an established date agreed upon by me and the Client. Any work produced WILL NOT be handed over to the Client under any circumstances. Photos By Mateo are the copyright owners of the assets produced for the project.
