RESTORATIONS

Below is the pricing structure:

  • $400 for the room or exterior getting remodeled, renovated or restored.

    • $200 per additional room/space.

Types of Photos:

  • Before and Afters of Interior Spaces and/or Exterior Structures getting renovated.

Includes:

  • Preplanning shoot such as scouting & tracking weather reports which determine potential lighting and other issues that can affect HDR photography.

  • Daytime Shots.

    • Twilight Shots $100 additional.

  • HDR Image Processing (If used) & Retouching.

  • As many as requested.

  • Back-ups will be archived indefinitely but Client will also retain a back-up on their own drive(s).

Deliverables to Agent / Client:

  • 24hr to 48 hr turn-around time depending on volume of photos taken.

  • Hi-res and web-optimized files exported to proper formats for use online and for creating physical media.

  • Upon approval by client, all assets will be delivered to client via “WeTransfer.com” unless too large then other transfer services and / or methods will be used.

Note: While the final photos are copyrighted by Photos By Mateo, they are free to be used by the Client in perpetuity. If they choose to allow others (aka: 3rd parties) to use the photos for monetary gain by the 3rd parties, the 3rd party must consult Photos By Mateo for permission and make arrangements for use. Depending on what the use will be will determine if any fees are to be paid to Photos By Mateo.

Reshoots:

  • If reshoots for any part of the property (exteriors and/or interiors) are requested due to client error or change in direction, the cost will still be $150 an hour.

  • If the reshoots are needed due to an error on my part, the reshoots are free of charge.

Cancellations vs. Rescheduling:

  • $200 cancellation fee.

  • Shoot cancellations must be made 24 hrs prior to the shoot date and time to avoid cancellation fee.

  • The original quoted project cost will be null and void. Only the cancellation fee will be all that is owed by client to me.

  • If a project is cancelled due to forces beyond anyone’s control (i.e. listing is cancelled by seller for example), all assets will be archived by me. Client will not receive any of the assets created up to that point as they could easily walk away with a bunch of assets they could still technically try to use for nearly half the cost (or less) than the project cost.

  • If the cancellation is the result of a need to reschedule the shoot (as last minute issues can arise very late in the game), then a NEW DATE MUST BE ESTABLISHED in order to avoid the cancellation fee. No assets will be handed over until the project resumes and is completed.

Termination:

  • If a project is terminated due to differences between the Client and myself that are unable to be resolved, all work and assets produced by me that has been completed up to the date and time of written (not verbal) termination, whether during a shoot or during editing, will be handed over to Client. The Client must pay all money owed for work completed up to that point as well within an established timeline agreed upon by both parties.
