MATERIALS


Below is the pricing structure:

  • $25 an hour.

Types of Projects

  • COLLATERALS: (below is not an all inclusive list - I can do more)

    • Brochures.

    • Sales Sheets / Flyers.

    • Postcards / Mailers.

    • Business Cards.

    • Posters / Banners / Signs.

    • Ads.

  • LOGOS / BRANDING.

  • POWERPOINT PRESENTATIONS / PITCH DECKS.

  • FLOW CHARTS / INFORMATION ARCHITECTURE.

Deliverables to Client:

  • Hi-res and web-optimized files for use in online and for printing (PDF, JPG & TIFF).

  • PowerPoint Presentations - only the final projector/presentation file & a PDF are provided.

  • Upon approval by client, all assets will be delivered to client via “WeTransfer.com” unless too large then other transfer services and / or methods will be used.

Revisions:

  • Unlimited - but with a caveat.

    • WHAT QUALIFIES UNDER “UNLIMITED”: Making a bunch of tweaks and adjustments such as changing font sizes & color or shifting images and font around (or if I make an error), that is what qualifies as “unlimited”.

    • WHAT DOESN’T QUALIFY UNDER “UNLIMITED”: Deciding to completely redesign the project stylistically (using different images, fonts and colors) after the design was approved is something else. Such occurrence will not fall under “unlimited” revisions and instead will fall under hourly compensation.

Retainer Fee:

  • Half of project estimated total cost is to be paid prior to project start date.

Cancellations:

  • $75 cancellation fee.

  • Shoot cancellations must be made 24 hrs prior to the project start/execution date to avoid cancellation fee.

  • The original quoted project cost will be null and void. Only the cancellation fee will be all that is owed by client.

  • If the cancellation is due to an act of god, natural disasters, an urgent family matter, etc. then the fee may get waived.

Rescheduling / Postponement:

  • Must provide 24 hour notice prior to the original project start date.

  • As long as a new date is established and agreed upon within 7 calendar days, there will be no fee for rescheduling or postponing back a project start date.

  • If no new date is established within 7 calendar days, then the project may be considered cancelled and subject to the cancellation fee of $75.

Deadline Changes:

  • No fee for deadlines extended out.

  • If deadline is pushed up, then a Rush Fee of $75 will be added.

Termination:

  • If a project is terminated after it has began, the Client must pay all money owed for work completed up to that point and within an established date agreed upon by me and the Client. Any work produced WILL NOT be handed over to the Client under any circumstances. Photos By Mateo are the copyright owners of the assets produced for the project.
