Below is the pricing structure:

  • $300 for 1 bdrm house or 1 Bdrm Trailers (single or double-wide).

    • $50 for each additional bedroom.

  • $200 for each additional detached structures like ADUs, Guest Houses, Garages, a 2nd house, etc. that are Singles, Studios and/or 1 Bedrooms.

    • $50 for each additional bedroom.

  • $500 for 1 Bedroom Duplexes.

    • $50 for each additional bedroom.

NOTE: Prices are for single, one-off assignments. I do offer a volume discount of 25% off each property if there is 2 or more properties assigned to photograph.

Types of Photos:

  • ALL exteriors & interiors of house, detached structures (if applicable) and property grounds.

Includes:

  • Preplanning shoot such as scouting & tracking weather reports which determine potential lighting and other issues that can affect HDR photography.

  • Daytime Shots.

    • Twilight Shots $100 additional.

  • HDR Image Processing.

  • Up to 55 images:

    • Many modern MLS systems now accept more than 25 images.

  • Back-ups will be archived until the property is sold.

    • NOTE: If property listing is transferred to a different agent, then that new agent must pay 50% of what original agent paid before a legal authorized transfer of usage of photos can be executed.

Deliverables to Agent / Client:

  • 24hr (or less) turn-around time.

  • Hi-res HDR images exported in JPG and TIFF formats for use in print materials.

  • MLS Optimized JPGs of same images based on your MLS specifications.

  • Photos will be made viewable online for client to review.

  • Upon approval by client, all assets will be delivered to client via “WeTransfer.com”.

Note: While the final photos are copyrighted by Photos By Mateo, they are free to be used by the Client in perpetuity. If they choose to allow others (aka: 3rd parties) to use the photos for monetary gain by the 3rd parties, the 3rd party must consult Photos By Mateo for permission and make arrangements for use. Depending on what the use will be will determine if any fees are to be paid to Photos By Mateo.

Reshoots:

  • If reshoots for any part of the property (exteriors and/or interiors) are requested due to client error, the cost will be an additional $75 and subsequently added to the final project cost.

  • If the reshoots are needed due to an error on my part, the reshoots are free of charge and I will discount the final project cost by $75.

Retainer Fee:

  • Half of project estimated total cost is to be paid prior to project start date.

Cancellations:

  • $75 cancellation fee.

  • Shoot cancellations must be made 24 hrs prior to the project start/execution date to avoid cancellation fee.

  • The original quoted project cost will be null and void. Only the cancellation fee will be all that is owed by client.

  • If the cancellation is due to an act of god, natural disasters, an urgent family matter, etc. then the fee may get waived.

Rescheduling / Postponement:

  • Must provide 24 hour notice prior to the original project start date.

  • As long as a new date is established and agreed upon within 7 calendar days, there will be no fee for rescheduling or postponing back a project start date.

  • If no new date is established within 7 calendar days, then the project may be considered cancelled and subject to the cancellation fee of $75.

Deadline Changes:

  • No fee for deadlines extended out.

  • If deadline is pushed up, then a Rush Fee of $75 will be added.

Termination:

  • If a project is terminated after it has began, the Client must pay all money owed for work completed up to that point and within an established date agreed upon by me and the Client. Any work produced WILL NOT be handed over to the Client under any circumstances. Photos By Mateo are the copyright owners of the assets produced for the project.
