While I am primarily aiming my services at Real Estate agents to do Property Listing photography, I am also expanding to other large and small businesses, organizations, schools, and the everyday person who are all in need of photography services.

VIDEOGRAPHY
$150 (hrly)
Types of projects:
$150 an hour for the first 2 hours. Each additional hour rate reduces to $100 hrly.
Custom produced Property Listing Videos, Property Builds / Demolitions, Product Lifestyle (products in use), or Events.
ZILLOW 3-D WALK-THRUS
$300 (per tour)
Types of projects:
Residential Properties & Commercial Properties for Sale only. Rentals are excluded.
Discounted to $150 per tour if bundled with Property Photography Services.
MARKETING MATERIALS
$25 (hrly)
Types of Projects:
Brochures, Sales Sheets / Flyers, Postcards, Mailers, Banners, Business Cards, and/or Posters and more.
PHOTO RETOUCHING
$25 (hrly)
Types of Projects:
Retouching comes included with all Photography services. This is strictly for clients who already have photos but have no ability or time to retouch / edit them.
Basically any photo you are looking to have retouched ranging from color & contrast adjustments ro removing items from the photo to compositing a person or object into a new background, just to name a few.
